General BONUS Rules
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses follow a set of standard bonus guidelines. Promotional credits MUST be wagered no less than TWENTY (20) times the total amount deposited (credits purchased + promotional bonus) BEFORE proceeding with a withdrawal unless otherwise acknowledged in writing by BogartCasino.com’s manager. You may not cash-out your initial deposit before having wagered the minimum wagering requirement. If you do so, your bonus and winnings will be VOID. BogartCasino.com reserves the right to enforce players from* Denmark, United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland, Hungary, Latvia and the Slovak Republic to wager their deposit and bonus FIFTY (50) times before reaching the minimum wagering requirements for withdrawal. *(Country list may vary without previous notice)
Example:
20 times: Deposit $100 plus 100% / $100 Match Bonus equals a minimum wager of $4,000.00
50 times: Deposit $100 plus 100% / $100 Match Bonus equals a minimum wager of $10,000.00.
All Specialty bonuses are for wagering only, I.e.: sticky / non-cashable, unless otherwise acknowledged in writing by BogartCasino.com’s manager.
All Insurance bonuses are for wagering only, I.e.: sticky or non-cashable as most commonly known, unless otherwise stated. Playing any or all forms of Blackjack, Roulette, Video Poker, Baccarat and Craps is restricted in order to clear either the sign up bonus or any tier of the reload bonus scheme. If you play on these games before meeting our requirements, then you agree that BogartCasino.com holds the right to void any winnings made from these games. Further, all losses incurred while playing said games will be non-refundable. Therefore; we strongly advise you not play any of these games until your wagering requirement is met to avoid potential winnings being voided. If you choose to disregard this restriction advisory, then please note that any game played at these games before you meet the requirements set forth will not count for fulfilling your requirement. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawal greater than the player's original deposit if the bonus and/or the deposit are played in any of the excluded games. All withdrawal requests are subject to audit before being processed. BogartCasino.com reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. BogartCasino.com reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion.
BogartCasino.com reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such a review, it appears that a player is participating in strategies that the casino in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, the casino reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such a player to the promotion. Furthermore, if upon such review, the players' practices have been deemed to be 'Promotion Abuse', the Casino has the right to take the following actions, at its sole discretion, against such abusers:
- Players found to be abusing promotions may be disqualified from receiving further offers at the Casino.
- Players deemed to have abused the promotion in any form may have the account terminated immediately.
- All balances on any account/s opened will be null and void and all withdrawals where play has been deemed abusive will be cancelled.
First time withdrawals and changes to payment instructions are subject to clearance by our Security Department. This can take between 5-10 business days.
In the event that a first withdrawal is requested within a period of 10 days from the date the bonus is credited to your account, the bonus funds will be deducted from your play balance at the Casino's sole discretion.
The minimum accepted withdrawal is $50.00 and the maximum amount sent out per week is $4,000.00
When you withdrawal through Money Order (MO), your first request within a 30 days period will be sent free of charge, any additional requests carry a $50 fee which will be taken from the total requested amount. The minimum MO payment is $500 and we can only send in increments of $500, e.g.: $500, $1000, $1500... Etc.
When you withdrawal through Money Gram the max sent per transactions is $1150 + 75 fees max per transaction If a customer withdrawal 3x or more in a 7 day period $50 extra fees
MoneyBookers (non-U.S. customers) $4 max per week $20 fees
Any balance of $50 or less will be returned into your account. You will be informed by e-mail when we send out your winnings.
Bonuses are subject to the Casino's official Terms and Conditions, which shall be binding in all cases.

All promotions are available only once per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
This promotion may not be used in combination with any other promotion currently offered by the casino.
This promotion MUST ONLY BE WAGERED on Casino and/or Live Casino games. If a portion or the whole of the amount is used for any of our other products, all bets will be void and the account’s balance will be reset. Failure to proceed accordingly twice or more times consecutively will result in the revoke of the bonus.

Please remember that you must send an authorization form for each credit card you have used to deposit at BogartCasino.com in order for your withdrawal to be processed.
Please go to the authorization form, print out the form, fill it out, in the space provided at the bottom of the form make an imprint of your credit/debit card by placing the card under the printed form and lightly rubbing a pencil over the top (applies to embossed cards only), sign and date it and send it back to us.
For mutual security, please attach to the form a legible photocopy of your picture ID (e.g. Drivers License or Passport) with address verification as well as photocopies of the front and back of your credit/debit card. Enlarge to 120% for best results.
General Terms & Conditions
By playing Casino and Live Casino games at BogartCasino.com, and provided that you (the "MEMBER") are at least 18 years of age, you will be deemed to have manifested your consent to enter into the following regulations.
You are allowed only ONE ACTIVE ACCOUNT. If you have more than one account, all winnings will be VOID. If the name on your account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposit(s) to the account, all winnings in that account will be VOID. Any abuse or fraudulent activity with relation to your account or any bonuses awarded or offered will cause your account to be blocked and any and all winnings will immediately be VOID.
Declarations by MEMBER
MEMBER asserts that:
- Is at least 18 years of age or older.
- All details contained in the Registration Form submitted are true and correct.
- Does not find BogartCasino.com to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent.
- Will participate in the Casino or Live Casino games offered by BogartCasino.com to gamble on the Internet for his/her own private personal use only and not for any business use, or use by others. To the best of his/her knowledge, the MEMBER is not contravening any laws of his/her home jurisdiction by gambling on the Internet.
- The MEMBER can only have one account across the [Network’s name] Network. If the MEMBER opens a new account either on their existing [Network’s name] brand or with another [Network’s name] brand, the new account will be closed. If there has been any activity in the new account before closure, then the account balance (comprising any deposits or winnings but not bonuses) will be transferred to their existing [Network’s name] account.
- The MEMBER shall not participate in the Casino Games offered by BogartCasino.com, open, use or reuse an account, enter the website, or the Game Suite, nor accept any Prize if the MEMBER is an officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of the Company, umbrella companies, suppliers or vendors (each aforementioned individual is deemed an "Unauthorized Person"). Unauthorized Persons are not permitted to register with BogartCasino.com or any affiliated organization or to participate directly or indirectly in any of the Games. Similarly, BogartCasino.com reserve the right to prohibit relatives of Unauthorized Persons from registering with BogartCasino.com or any affiliated organization or from participating directly or indirectly in any of the Games. For these purposes, the term "relative" includes (but is not limited to) spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
- The MEMBER is fully aware that there exists a risk of losing money when gambling on the Internet through the participation in the Casino or Live Casino Games offered by BogartCasino.com. The MEMBER accepts all such risks and agrees not to hold BogartCasino.com responsible for any loss of money by the MEMBER.
- The source of the funds used by the MEMBER for gambling on the internet through the participation in the Casino or Live Casino games offered by BogartCasino.com is not illegal.
- The MEMBER is not entitled to make untrue and/or malicious and/or damaging comments with regard to BogartCasino.com's operation in any media or forum.
- The MEMBER is aware that abuse of deposit bonuses is not allowed. If a MEMBER activates a deposit bonus then makes a withdrawal before fulfilling all the requirements to clear that bonus, that or all bonuses will be forfeited at the discretion of BogartCasino.com.
- The MEMBER shall not participate in the Casino or Live Casino Games offered by BogartCasino.com, open, use or reuse an account, enter the website, nor accept any Prize if the MEMBER does not fully understand, agree to -and shall abide by- without exception, all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules, regulations, terms and conditions may change periodically.
- The MEMBER fully understands that all rules, regulations, and pay contained herein are subject to change and revision by BogartCasino.com without prior written notice.
- The MEMBER fully understands and agrees that the MEMBER is solely responsible for his/her account transactions and should keep his/her account information confidential. Should a MEMBER give away, share or lose his/her account number and/or password, BogartCasino.com will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.
- The MEMBER accepts that "Demo Money" ("Play Money") funds have no value in and of themselves and are not transferable and exchangeable within an account and are not redeemable for any 'real' currency or prize.
- The MEMBER shall not participate in the Casino or Live Casino Games offered by BogartCasino.com, open, use or reuse an account, enter the website, or BogartCasino.com, nor accept any Prize if the MEMBER's computer is located in the country of [banned country(ies)] or the Credit Card used for deposits is issued by a [banned country(ies)] Bank. BogartCasino.com does not accept players from [banned country(ies)].
The GAME SUITE
- The GAME SUITE and all associated software and hardware are provided "as is". We make no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, completeness or accuracy of BogartCasino.com or the software/hardware.
- BogartCasino.com shall not be liable for computer malfunctions, failure of telecommunications service or Internet connections nor attempts by you to participate in games by methods, means or ways not intended by us.
- BogartCasino.com cannot guarantee that BogartCasino.com will never be faulty but we will correct reported faults in a timely fashion. If a fault occurs you should report the fault by writing via e-mail to Customer Support.
- Although BogartCasino.com shall take excessive measures to ensure that the software and files are free from computer viruses we cannot and do not guarantee that the software and files are free of such problems. It is your responsibility to protect your systems and have in place the ability to reinstall any data or programs lost due to a virus.
- We may temporarily suspend the whole or any part of BogartCasino.com for any reason at our sole discretion. We may, but shall not be obliged to, give you as much notice as is reasonably practicable of such suspension.
- In the event of a GAME SUITE malfunction all bets are void.
- BogartCasino.com will not be liable to the MEMBER for any loss that you may incur as a result of such suspension or delay.
Termination of this agreement
- The MEMBER may terminate this Agreement by notifying BogartCasino.com in writing at any time, provided the MEMBER owes no money to BogartCasino.com for any reason whatsoever.
- BogartCasino.com reserves the right to terminate the MEMBER'S membership, at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion, and in particular in case of any activity that may harm BogartCasino.com, BogartCasino.com and/or its/their members including, but not limited to, collusion, fraud, abuse of bonuses and other promotions, frivolous and unsubstantiated claims, and misuse of BogartCasino.com.
- Members may appeal any decision made by BogartCasino.com during a period of three months from the date of the last communication with BogartCasino.com regarding the case. After this period the case will be considered closed and will not be reopened by any authority.
- Upon termination by the MEMBER or BogartCasino.com as above, BogartCasino.com shall refund the MEMBER any funds which may be in the MEMBER'S account over and above any amount which may be owing to BogartCasino.com (if any). If account is terminated due to any activity that may harm BogartCasino.com, BogartCasino.com and/or its/their members including, but not limited to, fraud, abuse of bonuses and other promotions, frivolous and unsubstantiated claims, and misuse of BogartCasino.com, refund shall not exceed the initial deposit made by the MEMBER.
- Termination by the MEMBER or BogartCasino.com as above shall be without prejudice to recovery by either party of any amount legally due by the other party in virtue of this Agreement.
- BogartCasino.com has the right to hold any and all of a MEMBER's funds indefinitely if it is found, determined at the sole discretion of BogartCasino.com, that the player has been involved in fraudulent activity in BogartCasino.com. Fraudulent activity may include, but is not limited to, stolen credit cards, unlawful transfer of funds to other player accounts, forgery and the provision of false account information.
The MEMBER undertakes to respect all applicable copyrights and/or trademarks related to BogartCasino.com'S operating of BogartCasino.com, and to exercise all necessary prudence in the use of all security measures.
MEMBERS who participate in the Casino or Live Casino Games offered by BogartCasino.com, shall do so exclusively in accordance with, and governed by, BogartCasino.com's rules and instructions as detailed on the Internet website of BogartCasino.com from time to time, including, without limitation, in respect of the gambling methods, playing rules, payment procedures, and pay of winnings.
Any claim or dispute arising either directly or indirectly out of this Agreement shall be brought before the competent court of the country of [country of jurisdiction], which court shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, BogartCasino.com shall have the right to institute any legal proceedings against the MEMBER before the competent court in the MEMBER'S home jurisdiction or elsewhere.
BogartCasino.com shall not, in any way, be responsible for any acts or omissions made by the MEMBER'S Telecommunication Service Provider ("ISP") with which the MEMBER has contracted to give access to BogartCasino.com, and BogartCasino.com shall not be a party to any dispute between the MEMBER and ISP, nor shall any such dispute have any effect on the obligations of the MEMBER under this Agreement.
THIS AGREEMENT IS DEEMED ACCEPTED AND SIGNED BY BogartCasino.com AND BY THE MEMBER AS INDICATED IN THE INTRODUCTORY PARAGRAPH ABOVE UNDER THE HEADING "TERMS AND CONDITIONS", ON THE DATE ON WHICH THE MEMBER FIRST STARTED PLAYING CASINO OR LIVE CASINO GAMES OFFERED BY THE GAME SUITE ON THE INTERNET.
